Welcome to Pina's Culinary Experience

There are a few things we would like you to know before coming to class.

First of all, be sure to come to class hungry and ready to have fun! We provide the aprons, but dress comfortably. Class is hands on; you and your classmates do all the cooking while the Chefs guide you in techniques and answer questions.

Second, feel free to bring wine, if you are 21 or older, to enjoy during meal preparation and afterward as you dine, discuss the recipes, and enjoy the fruits of your labors.

Lastly, class starts at 7:00 p.m. and usually runs for about 2 hours. Please be sure to bring small food storage containers for leftovers.
